Customers are welcome to send us materials of their choosing.  The materials that we accept include marble, granite, slate, limestone, porcelain, ceramic, and glass. By supplying your own material, you can match your material lots and know exactly what your material will look like.  We will deduct 15% from our original US Custom Tile Supplied Material price.

To send us your material for an order, we want to make sure the material gets here safely.  Please bundle your material so it won’t rattle and bang.  Loose tiles tend to scratch, chip, and break.  Also, make sure you have at least 3″ of packing around your bundle.  The shipping company is going to drop your package from waste high and their machines are even less delicate.

If you happen to order so much that you need to send your material on a pallet, we would like to say thank you.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!  Even though you will probably go on our wall of fame (soon to be created), your carrier will need to contact us to set up a drop off.  Your carrier can contact us at 512-355-2722 to make arrangements.  We do not accept C.O.D. or Collect Shipments.

Reference your Order Number so we will know what we have when we receive it and provide as much contact information as you can.  You should receive a shipping summary in your order email.  Let us know if that fails to happen.
